◈ 직무 개요
- Propose and plan product assortments in collaboration with Central Merchandising, based on sales analysis, local market needs, and within the allocated financial budget
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to maximize selling opportunities: develop effective merchandising stories, drive sales of slow-moving items, and promote best sellers based on analysis and store feedback
- Manage inventory levels effectively to optimize sales and support events/promotions through appropriate stock transfers and delivery monitoring. Collaborate closely with the local Inventory Analyst and Supply Chain teams on all stock-related matters (e.g., depth, specific store
requirements)
- Maintain ongoing communication with store teams to gather feedback on products and customer responses, and provide summaries to local management and Central Merchandising for follow-up
◈ 경력 요건
- Minimum 7 years of merchandising experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge of luxury market and luxury product
- Ability to adapt to new work scopes and multiple projects
- Proficient English Skills
- Passionate / Energetic / Proactive
- Expert Microsoft office management skills ex) Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Mature communication skills with colleagues
