    ◈ 직무 개요
    * In-store Setup and Inventory Optimization
    • - Plan, execute, and continuously adjust floor layouts and product displays based on inventory performance and business priorities to maximize sales  and highlight key items.
    • - Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with store teams to ensure effective product placement and visual appeal.
    • - Conduct regular on-site checks to maintain high visual merchandising standards and align displays with store-specific sales trends.
    • - Identify and train a designated Visual Merchandising (VM) major in each store to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards.
    • - Manage props and display tools to ensure seamless execution of visual plans across outlet stores.
    • - Oversee annual ordering of props, mannequins, and hangers for each store in alignment with the budget and guidelines set by HQ.
    • - Collaborate with HQ to select products for seasonal transitions, ensuring a balanced inventory of best sellers, slow sellers, and cross-selling opportunities.
    • * Training and Communication
    • - Develop and deliver training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and virtual calls, to ensure store teams understand and execute visual merchandising strategies consistently, covering guidelines such as tagging, folding, and prop usage.
    • - Facilitate regular discussions with store managers to review performance and refine visual merchandising plans.
    • - Ensure all store team members understand the VM logic to maintain high visual standards, considering frequent product rotation in outlet settings.
    • - Collect and send monthly photo updates of all stores (Moncler and Stone Island) to the HQ Outlet Visual Merchandising Senior Manager.

    ◈ 경력 요건
    - 3 years experience in a related field.
    • - Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or outlet environments.
    • - Fluency in English, both written and spoken

5. 영어 및 제2외국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분이라면 우대
6. 신입 : 현업 경력 5년 이상 / 경력 : 헤드헌팅 업무 1년 이상

근무 조건은?
1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
