◈ 직무 개요
- Take lead of CRM project set up through co work of international team & regional team
- Identify target segment, define campaign objectives, execute and track campaign performance and analyse campaign results based on agreed KPIs.
- Recommend CRM campaign strategies and collaborate with marketing and retail teams to ensure all campaigns are appropriately integrated with respect to all CRM programs and initiatives
◈ 경력 요건
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the retail / FMCG sector - Experience in managing customer data is a MUST
- Prefer experience of CRM project to setup
