- University graduate with Engineering background
- 8~ 15 years' technical sales experience in industrial market
- Strong & proven sales track record with value selling background
- Exposure working in/with multinational organizations
- Familiar with Automotive OEM & tier & general knowledge of Automotive industry value chain
- Technical working experience such as technical engineer
- Strong strategic selling skills
- Good command of English
